Andhika Sudarman

Andhika Sudarman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SejutaCita, an educational technology and career development platform based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Under his leadership, the mobile application scaled to over 1.4 million quarterly active users and achieved profitability with more than $300,000 in annual revenue within its first 14 months of operation. The platform, which later evolved into the human resources technology company Deall Jobs, was formally recognized by Google Play as the Best App of 2021 in the Indonesian market category. Prior to his career in the technology sector, Sudarman earned a degree from Harvard Law School, where he notably became the first student from Southeast Asia to deliver a commencement speech. His current professional focus centers on expanding human resources technology, career development communities, and youth empowerment networks across the Southeast Asian market.
