Aaron Mandell

Aaron Mandell is the Founder of Wacomet Water and a Co-Founder and Board Member at Quaise Energy and Quidnet Energy, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a serial entrepreneur in the climate and deep technology sectors, he has previously established multiple ventures, including AltaRock Energy, GreatPoint Energy, and WaterFX. Across his portfolio of startups, Mandell has successfully raised more than $100 million in venture capital and project financing. Recently, his deep geothermal drilling company Quaise Energy secured a $21 million Series A1 round in February 2024, while his geomechanical pumped storage venture Quidnet Energy closed a $10 million funding round in late 2023. Leveraging his technical background in groundwater hydrology and computational modeling, Mandell focuses on commercializing advanced infrastructure solutions for complex renewable energy and water desalination challenges.
