WIN Fund

The WIN Fund, an initiative of the WINConference, functions as the Women Empowerment Fund, fostering economic and individual empowerment for women globally. It provides scholarships for women to attend the WIN Global Conference. Concurrently, the fund supports projects addressing challenges for women and girls worldwide, thereby facilitating leadership development and direct community impact.

Kristin Engvig founded WINConference, establishing the WIN Fund to expand its mission. The fund arose from the insight that collective support removes financial barriers, enabling more women to access high-level development.
