SBI US Gateway Fund

The SBI US Gateway Fund operates as a dedicated venture capital fund, facilitating investment into North American early-stage companies. The fund was formally established in September 2024 as a joint initiative between SBI Holdings, Inc. and Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories, Ltd. Plug and Play, LLC later joined the partnership, serving as a co-General Partner. The collaboration was born from the insight that North American technological innovation could benefit significantly from strategic investment and market access facilitated by established Japanese corporations and their extensive networks.
