The firm originates, funds, and acquires asset-based loans and leases across real estate and specialty assets. The firm, co-founded by Greg Richter, Brian Herr, and Michael Ardisson, formally launched in 2018. They leveraged experience from leading Candlewood Investment Group, LP’s structured credit and asset finance division. Richter and Herr held significant Credit Suisse structured credit roles; Ardisson contributed strategic and business development insights.
