In 2017, Kal VaChomer Lebniya, a core entity, merged with other group companies, initiating its expansion into US investments and subsequently broadening its residential real estate holdings abroad. The organization remains privately owned and managed by the Pougach family, with leadership from the founder's sons and third generation, continuing the legacy of Gershon Pougach.
