Iron Wolf Capital

Iron Wolf Capital is a seed-stage venture capital fund investing in early-stage deep tech and AI startups across the Baltic region and its diaspora, based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with an additional office in London. The firm targets teams with global mindsets developing disruptive technologies in sectors such as photonics, robotics, AI, education, pharma, and agritech. Its first fund deployed €33 million across over 20 startups, notably including portfolio company Amberlo, which was acquired by stp.one in April 2025. A second fund recently achieved a first close of €30 million, targeting a €100 million final close, and is managed by a team of 8-9 employees. Key figures include Founding Partners Kasparas Jurgelionis and Viktoras Jucikas, Partner Kadi-Ingrid Lilles, and Head of Finance Juste Damulyte-Brookes. Iron Wolf Capital was founded between 2017 and 2019 by Kasparas Jurgelionis, Viktoras Jucikas, and Zygimantas Susnys.
