Hildred Capital Management

Hildred Capital Management is a New York-based private equity firm that invests in middle-market healthcare companies, focusing on pharmaceutical services, over-the-counter consumer health products, and skincare. The firm recently closed its inaugural fund, Hildred Equity Partners I, at $362.5 million in February 2024, with over 70% of its capital already deployed across various investments. Hildred partners with management teams to scale platforms, drive earnings growth, and pursue strategic improvements and business development within its portfolio, which also saw Fund II close oversubscribed with $80 million from GPs. Its portfolio includes recognizable names such as Carlin Consumer Health, Hyland's Naturals, and Crown Laboratories, in which it acquired a majority stake. Hildred Capital Management was established in 2014 by co-founders Howard Solomon and David Solomon.
