Hazelview Ventures

Hazelview Ventures is a Toronto, Ontario-based venture capital fund that provides Seed to Series A funding for early-stage PropTech, BuildTech, and CleanTech companies. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Hazelview Investments, the fund leverages its parent's approximately CAD 10 billion in real estate assets under management and a $4 billion multi-residential development pipeline. It offers portfolio companies access to Hazelview Investments' platform for testing and scaling technologies, having evaluated over 500 technologies in the past three years. The fund operates under the leadership of Roger Poirier, with oversight from Hazelview Investments' executive team, including Founder and Executive Chair Ugo Bizzarri and Co-CEOs Corrado Russo and Michael Tsourounis. Hazelview Ventures was co-founded by Roger Poirier and launched by Hazelview Investments in August 2021.
