Harjavalta Group is a Finnish family office and leading construction group based in Harjavalta, Finland, which owns and grows portfolio companies while investing in scalable startups via Harjavalta Ventures, focusing on sustainability outside construction. Its diverse portfolio includes a 19.85% stake in Kreate Group, which reported €275 million in revenue and 507 employees, and a 6.2% ownership in EcoUp, with €31 million in revenue and 165 employees. The group also fully owns Puustelli Group, generating €84 million in revenue with 372 employees, and Kastelli-talot, delivering approximately 1400 houses annually. Jussi Aine serves as President and CEO, overseeing operations that include a recent stake acquisition in Nordec Group in November 2022.
