GreenAxs Capital

GreenAxs Capital is a New York-based private equity firm that invests growth equity in companies transitioning from startups to industry leaders, primarily within the cannabis sector. The firm employs a proprietary data-centric, multifactor-analysis approach to identify promising ventures and provides active strategic, financial, and operational support to its portfolio companies. GreenAxs Capital has made at least three known investments, notably leading a $5 million Series Seed round for Katalys (formerly RevOffers) in Q2 2023 and participating in its subsequent $5.8 million Series A in June 2023. The firm also co-led a Series B round for cannabis brand Botanica in May 2023 and holds a stake in analytics platform Happy Cabbage Analytics. Focusing on growth-stage companies, GreenAxs aims to leverage its expertise to scale businesses within the evolving cannabis market. Founder Lokesh Chugh and Managing Partner Vinay Shah lead the firm.
