Gee Roberson Management, operating primarily as The Blueprint Group, is a New York City-based artist management company that represents and develops music talent across the hip-hop and rap genres. The organization generates revenue through comprehensive representation deals, artist management fees, music production services, and dedicated label operations. Through its BPG Music division, the firm established a formal label partnership with Warner Records in February 2021 to expand its distribution capabilities. The management group has historically guided the careers of several high-profile recording artists, including Kanye West, Drake, Lil Wayne, and Nicki Minaj. Beyond traditional representation, the firm's leadership recently expanded into digital assets by joining the non-fungible token platform Throne. The current entity evolved from earlier ventures, originally tracing its roots back to the 1998 founding of Rock Da World by Gee Roberson and Kyambo Joshua.
