Ndamukong Suh is the Managing Partner of Suh Ventures, a personal investment firm based in Portland, Oregon. Before transitioning to venture capital in 2021, he played 12 seasons as a defensive tackle in the National Football League, earning five Pro Bowl selections. Selected second overall in the 2009 NFL Draft out of the University of Nebraska, his professional athletic career included tenures with the Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Through Suh Ventures, he currently manages a portfolio of more than 10 early-stage companies, targeting investments across the sports technology, consumer products, and real estate sectors. He also directs philanthropic efforts through the Suh Family Foundation, which supports various education and community initiatives. His current focus centers on utilizing his professional sports background to invest in early-stage startups within the consumer and technology markets.
