Fulcrum Ventures is a venture capital firm based in Santa Monica, California, that invests in early-stage defense-related technologies, including dual-use and defense-adjacent innovations. The firm focuses on startups operating across aerospace, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data processing, space technology, supply chain logistics, and unmanned systems. Operating as an emerging manager with a concentrated investment approach, the firm currently maintains a portfolio of 15 companies that develop specialized solutions aligned with the strategic national security priorities of the United States Department of Defense. Its active investment portfolio includes aerospace manufacturer Northwood Space, and the firm recently expanded its strategic capabilities by adding former Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher C.
