Forrestal Capital

Forrestal Capital is a Miami, Florida-based single-family office that manages investments and allocates assets across traditional and alternative classes for three branches of the Staton family. The firm primarily invests the generational wealth generated from the historic corporate sale of Panamerican Beverages, utilizing a strategy that combines third-party fund allocations, co-investments, and direct equity stakes. Direct investment activities are heavily concentrated on cash-flow positive operating companies within the consumer and retail sectors across Latin America, while third-party managers provide exposure to energy, financial institutions, and Asian markets. The family office manages the financial interests of principal Woods Staton, who is widely recognized as the founder of the Latin American McDonald's franchisee Arcos Dorados. Forrestal Capital was officially established in 2003 by co-founding partner Annette Franqui alongside principal wealth creators of the Staton family.
