Finstar Financial Group is an international private equity and investment firm focused on financial technology, banking, and real estate, with offices in Cyprus, Serbia, the United Arab Emirates, and Moscow, Russia. The firm manages approximately $2 billion in assets under management and maintains an active operational presence across more than 30 countries throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the CIS region. Finstar acquires equity stakes in target companies through startups, turnarounds, and mergers, recently launching a $150 million investment initiative specifically targeting early-stage financial technology enterprises and acquiring a 51 percent stake in Prestamos Prima. The organization's investment portfolio includes notable financial technology companies such as global lending service Digital Finance International, peer-to-peer lending platform Viventor, and Northern European fintech provider Euroloan. Finstar Financial Group was originally founded in 1996 by billionaire investor Oleg Boyko.
