Euroinvest is a diversified investment holding company based in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region of Russia, that allocates capital across real estate development, agriculture, high technology, and venture capital. Operating entirely without external debt, the firm utilizes its own internal financial resources to fund its broad portfolio of regional housing, commercial construction projects, charitable initiatives, and various educational programs. The organization manages its residential and commercial real estate operations primarily through its central subsidiary, Euroinvest Development, which was established as a specialized property arm in 2018. Additionally, the firm executes early-stage technology investments through its dedicated Euroventure fund and has historically provided strategic financial backing to regional entities such as OLMA and the North-West Fishing Consortium. Euroinvest was officially founded in 1995 by business partners and co-founders Andrey Valeryevich Berezin and Yuri Vasiliev.
