DecisionRules is a Prague, Czech Republic-based software company that provides a cloud-native, low-code business rules automation platform for enterprise decision logic. Operating on a business-to-business software-as-a-service subscription model, the platform allows non-technical corporate teams to create, edit, and deploy rules in real time through an application programming interface without requiring dedicated internal information technology support. The organization currently serves more than 80 enterprise clients across the finance, insurance, healthcare, logistics, and e-commerce sectors, including recognizable corporate customers such as Accenture, Boohoo, and WizzAir. In May 2025, the software startup secured €1.6 million in seed funding in a financing round led by Lighthouse Ventures, with participation from Czech Founders VC, to support its strategic global expansion into the United States, United Kingdom, and Latin America. DecisionRules was founded in 2023 by Václav Kandrnal and Petr Lev.
