The firm was founded by Ashu Suyash and Vandana Rajadhyaksha. Ashu Suyash brings extensive leadership experience, having served as MD & CEO of CRISIL and India Country Head for Fidelity International. Vandana Rajadhyaksha contributed her expertise as a former Partner at ICICI Ventures and Aditya Birla Private Equity. Their foundational insight stemmed from observing the immense, yet often underfunded, business potential within ‘WomenFirst businesses’ in India.
