The company was co-founded by serial entrepreneur and investor Hooman Radfar, with entrepreneurs Ugur Kaner and Bugra Akcay, launching in September 2020. Their insight arose from observing the rapidly expanding self-employed sector lacked sufficient traditional financial and administrative support.
