BTRON

The TRON Project, encompassing BTRON, began in June 1984 as a collaborative industry-academia initiative. Ken Sakamura, a University of Tokyo professor, proposed the TRON concept and leads its development. His insight centered on creating an advanced, business-oriented operating system anticipating future computing needs, prioritizing ease of use and architectural stability.
