Launched in January 2023 by VU Venture Partners, Bonded emerged from the insight that private investors seek personalized access to institutional-quality deal flow. J. Skyler Fernandes, a leader at VU, championed its development. Bonded integrates within VU's ecosystem, which includes existing venture and private equity funds, leveraging their sourcing and due diligence capabilities to present vetted opportunities.
