Participants in the Start category receive $2,000 in credits for one year, while Scale participants can access up to $200,000 over two years, with AI-focused startups eligible for up to $350,000. Accepted companies must maintain a valid public website and billing ID to utilize infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, Vertex AI, and Gemini models.
