Dreamit Ventures UrbanTech is a 14-week growth-focused accelerator program administered by Dreamit Ventures for startups developing technologies for the built environment. Launched in partnership with Strategic Property Partners to support the Water Street Tampa development, the initiative targets companies operating across the real estate technology, construction technology, and smart city sectors. Operating on a rolling admission basis rather than utilizing rigid cohort deadlines, the curriculum features a one-week kickoff bootcamp followed by multi-city customer and investor sprints. General Partner Jeff Fluhr oversees the program, which provides select participants with direct venture capital investments ranging from $500,000 to $1.5 million without requiring standard upfront accelerator equity. The resource is intended for post-seed and pre-Series A startups demonstrating early product-market fit through revenue or pilots that require assistance with enterprise customer acquisition and institutional fundraising.
