Zygmunt Graijkowski

Zygmunt Grajkowski is the Managing Partner at Giza Polish Ventures, based in Warsaw, Poland. He began his 30-year career in 1986 by founding the technology firm Technimex, serving as Chief Executive Officer for ten years before joining Enterprise Investors as a Partner from 1996 to 2002. Since 2017, he has also served as an independent Investment Committee member at PFR Ventures, an institution managing over PLN 1.5 billion in assets. Through the first Giza Polish Ventures fund, he supported 34 early-stage technology startups, including the 2022 transaction where Wirtualna Polska acquired a 60 percent stake in portfolio company Audioteka. Drawing on his background in corporate finance, Grajkowski currently focuses on seed to growth-stage investments, ranging from sub-PLN 0.5 million convertible loans to PLN 12 million rounds across the enterprise software, clean technology, and biotechnology sectors.
