Zoe Chambers

Zoe Chambers is a Partner at Frontline Ventures based in London, England, where she leads early-stage investments from the firm's Seed fund. Prior to joining Frontline in November 2021, she spent nearly five years as an early-stage investor and Principal at Octopus Ventures, leading their deeptech team and executing approximately 14 investments with check sizes ranging from $100,000 to $1 million. Her earlier professional background spans nearly a decade in corporate law and investment banking, including a tenure at Goldman Sachs. During her venture capital career, she has backed startup companies such as OLIO, Unmade, and SLAMcore, while dedicating half of her Octopus Ventures portfolio to female-led businesses. As a Class 27 Kauffman Fellow, Chambers currently focuses on funding underrepresented founders and advancing early-stage innovations across the European deeptech, climate technology, and female healthcare sectors.
