Zihao Wang

Zihao Wang is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of PARES AI, a proptech startup developing an artificial intelligence platform for commercial real estate brokers and investors. The software company recently participated in the Y Combinator S25 batch and was selected for the inaugural cohort of the CRETI Foundations program. Prior to launching PARES AI, Wang served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Motiva Holdings, where he managed a multifamily investment portfolio exceeding $500 million in assets under management. During his tenure, he led 39 value-add and development projects across California, North Carolina, and Florida, drawing on his academic background in computer science and artificial intelligence from MIT. His current focus centers on bridging advanced technology with commercial real estate by streamlining underwriting and acquisition workflows for industry professionals.
