Ziad K. Abdelnour

Ziad K. Abdelnour is the New York City-based Chairman and CEO of the Financial Policy Council and Managing Partner at Blackhawk Partners, Inc. Before establishing his current firms, he earned an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and worked as a trader at UBS, while also receiving early mentorship from George Soros. At Blackhawk Partners, Abdelnour oversees an investment portfolio with more than $100 million in assets under management, targeting special situations, distressed debt, and early-stage venture capital opportunities across multiple sectors. He is the author of two published books, including the September 2022 release The Most Important Person on Earth, and frequently speaks at major industry events such as Davos and the 2024 MoneyShow. His current professional focus centers on private equity, fintech, and energy investments alongside advocacy for global financial policy reform.
