Zhu Li

Zhu Li is the Founding Partner at Wisemont Capital, where he focuses on early-stage technology investments. After graduating from Tsinghua University with a computer science degree in 1989, he founded a multimedia database software company in 1993 that merged with Tsinghua Tongfang in 1996. Following the merger, he served as the general manager of Tsinghua Tongfang's software and systems integration division before transitioning into venture capital. He established Innoangel Fund in 2013 and has accumulated over 16 years of angel investment experience, backing more than 140 projects across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Recognized as a top ten angel investor in China in 2014 and 2015, he also serves as president of the Tsinghua Alumni TMT and New Media Association. His current focus centers on leveraging his entrepreneurial background to fund emerging technology enterprises.
