Zhongyi Lu

Zhongyi Lu is a Principal at Vivo Capital, a specialized investment firm dedicated to the global healthcare sector. Prior to his current position, he built a foundation in private equity through investment roles at EQT and CITIC Xinjin beginning in 2015. During this period, his responsibilities centered on executing cross-border buyouts and driving portfolio management initiatives across both the healthcare and consumer markets. Before transitioning to private equity, Lu developed his financial and transactional expertise by working in the investment banking divisions of Nomura, HSBC, and CEC Capital. His academic credentials include earning both Master of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees. Today, his primary professional focus remains on identifying strategic healthcare investments and utilizing his extensive background in cross-border financial transactions to evaluate new market opportunities and manage existing portfolio assets.
