Zein Dayekh

Zein Dayekh is currently working in Strategic Investments at HUMAIN, a role she assumed in September 2025. Previously, she served as a Venture Associate at FinTech Collective from 2022 to 2024, focusing on early-stage financial technology investments. Before entering the venture capital industry, Dayekh worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company between 2019 and 2022. During this tenure, she helped build a greenfield digital bank in the United Kingdom and developed a payments solution for a major financial institution in the United Arab Emirates. Her early career included a 2018 stint as an Analyst in the Real Estate Group at Blackstone, following her undergraduate studies in Political Economy. Currently completing her MBA at London Business School, Dayekh maintains a professional focus on strategic investments and operations within the artificial intelligence and fintech sectors.
