Zeev Zehavi

Zeev Zehavi is an Israel-based consultant to the Alive Israel HealthTech Fund and an independent board member for multiple life sciences companies. He previously spent over two decades directing venture investments across Europe, Israel, and North America for Johnson & Johnson Innovation, retiring in December 2022. During his tenure at JJDC, he built a substantial healthcare portfolio and led notable investments in entities like Genmab and Mazor. His earlier career includes over ten years at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, serving as President of its North American bulk chemical business, and four years as President of Clal Pharmaceutical Industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. Zehavi maintains a primary focus on advancing early-stage biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device ventures through strategic governance and capital allocation.
