Zeev Holtzman is the Founder and Chairman of Giza Venture Capital, an Israel-based firm where he oversees strategy, deal sourcing, and international expansion. Since establishing the firm in 1992, he has directed approximately $600 million across more than 100 early-stage technology investments, resulting in 38 successful exits including M-Systems. Holtzman also co-founded Giza Polish Ventures and Spain's Swanlaab Venture Factory, serving as Chairman of the GPV-Poland Investment Committee. Prior to his venture capital career, he spent two decades in private equity and investment banking, holding roles such as Executive Vice President at Bank Leumi and working in corporate finance at Lehman Brothers. Additionally, he founded the IVC Research Center and chaired the investment committee for the Technion endowment. His current focus remains on guiding early-stage Israeli technology companies and managing cross-border growth investments.
