Zbigniew Lapinski

Zbigniew Lapinski is a Senior Partner at 3TS Capital Partners in Warsaw, Poland, where he specializes in high-growth technology investments across the Central and Eastern European region. He brings over 25 years of experience in technology, media, and telecommunications transactions across both private and public markets as an investor, advisor, and strategic buyer. Prior to his current venture capital role, he served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Netia SA, worked as a Regional Telecom Analyst for Deutsche Bank, and began his career at CA-IB Securities Polska. Lapinski holds a Master of Foreign Trade degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and currently focuses on sourcing investments and managing portfolio operations for Fund IV. Demonstrating significant portfolio involvement, he serves on the supervisory boards of multiple companies including Perfect Gym Solutions, Autenti, Eyerim, and Cognor SA.
