Zayne Sagar

Zayne Sagar is the co-founder and CEO of Aether, an AI-driven sales and workflow platform for renewable energy installers, based in San Francisco, United States. Under his leadership, the company participated in the Y Combinator W24 cohort and subsequently raised a $2.5 million seed round in October 2024 led by Noa. The platform currently operates across the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, providing multimodal AI tools for solar, roofing, and exterior home service contractors. Prior to founding Aether, Sagar held various engineering and product roles at climate technology startups focused on space-based weather data and energy modeling, and he earned a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics and computer science from UC Berkeley. His current focus centers on leveraging physics-grounded artificial intelligence models to streamline pre-sales, design, and engineering processes within the residential renewable energy sector.
