Zachary Ladonis

Zachary Ladonis is currently a Senior Investment Associate at Lockheed Martin Ventures, where he supports investment deals and portfolio management for emerging technologies. Previously, he worked as an Aeronautical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control, focusing on aerodynamics, design, testing, and integration for tactical missile systems and air dominance platforms. He holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and corporate strategy and a Master of Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the 2016 Big Ten Championship football team at Penn State. His current investment focus centers on advanced manufacturing, advanced weapons, semiconductors, next-generation electronics, advanced supply chains, and power and propulsion technologies critical to the defense and aerospace sectors.
