Zachary Ginsburg

Zachary Ginsburg is the Founder and General Partner of Calm Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm. Since establishing the firm in 2020, he has directed institutional investments into more than 300 startups, building upon his personal track record of funding over 400 companies throughout the past decade. Previously, Ginsburg served as an investor at OCV Partners, a growth equity firm operating under the $31 billion asset manager CIM, and worked as an investment banker at Viant Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, attended Columbia Business School before departing to pursue venture capital, and actively participates in web3 and diversity investing through Stateless Ventures and Gaingels. His current focus remains on scaling early-stage venture investments and educating emerging fund managers through his co-founded publication, the Last Money In newsletter.
