Zach Ware

Zach Ware is a New York City-based Venture Partner at Trust Ventures, where he focuses on early-stage startups operating in highly regulated industries. Previously, he served as Managing Partner at VTF Capital and was the CEO of Pilotworks, which operated the largest network of shared commercial kitchens in the United States. Earlier in his career, Ware worked as a product lead at Zappos.com and co-founded DTP Companies alongside Tony Hsieh, helping direct a $500 million redevelopment initiative in downtown Las Vegas. His investment portfolio includes seed and Series A funding rounds in companies such as Zero Acre Farms, Neuro ID, and Flagship Retail, alongside real estate private equity ventures executed through Freehouse Capital Partners. Ware currently concentrates on bridging technology, real estate, and retail infrastructure to support early-stage founders who are navigating complex, incumbent-heavy markets.
