Zach Janicki

Zach Janicki is the CTO and Co-Founder of Offstream, a B2B carbon compliance automation startup based in Denver, Colorado. At Offstream, he currently directs the technical strategy and product development for a growing team of approximately six employees that recently participated in a Summer 2024 cohort. Prior to founding his current venture, Janicki served as the foundational first engineering hire at Repool, a Y Combinator-backed fintech enterprise from the Summer 2021 batch, where he architected specialized software infrastructure for hedge funds. Earlier in his career, he operated as an early software engineer developing complex insurance brokerage platforms at Pathpoint, following his graduation with a computer science degree from the University of Notre Dame. His professional background centers on engineering scalable software solutions designed to automate highly regulated, paperwork-intensive workflows across the modern climate tech, fintech, and insurtech industries.
