Yvette Ferreira is an Associate at Xcellerant Ventures, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm. She brings over 20 years of professional experience spanning finance, pharmaceutical sales, and business operations within early-stage healthcare companies. Prior to her current investment role, Ferreira worked with Yoo & Co Accelerators, where she directly supported the successful launch and growth of more than a dozen startup companies. As a certified Project Management Professional, she has provided operational efficiency consulting to help founders implement process improvements, establish best practices, and prepare for investor readiness. In addition to her work alongside John Shufeldt at Xcellerant Ventures, she is involved with the Jetstream Venture Fund to expand capital investments across diverse industries. Ferreira currently focuses her efforts on sourcing deal flow and conducting comprehensive due diligence for early-stage healthcare innovation and technology ventures.
