Yuval Cohen is the Founder and Managing Partner at StageOne Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Herzliya, Tel Aviv, Israel. Before establishing StageOne, he co-founded and managed two corporate venture capital funds within the IDB conglomerate, overseeing an estimated $150 million investment portfolio. Under his leadership, StageOne manages over $650 million in total assets and recently closed its fifth fund at $165 million to back inception-stage enterprise startups. Cohen has directed investments across 69 companies, contributing to over $1 billion in exit value through acquisitions by major technology corporations including Cisco, IBM, Check Point, and JFrog. He also holds board representations for several active portfolio companies, such as Silverfort, Minerva Labs, and Otonomo. His current investment focus centers on backing Israeli founders developing enterprise technologies in artificial intelligence infrastructure, cybersecurity, and agentic orchestration.
