Yuri Rabinovich

Yuri Rabinovich is the Managing Partner at VNTR Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City, New York. He oversees a portfolio of more than 50 companies and manages funds with over $100 million in assets under management, focusing primarily on enterprise software, fintech, and artificial intelligence. The firm recently launched its $50 million third fund and led a $15 million Series A investment in an AI infrastructure startup in early 2025, building upon previous successful investments in companies like DevRev. Before transitioning to venture capital, he held leadership positions at the startup studio Betaworks and co-founded the digital media company Flavorpill, which was later acquired by Viacom. With an engineering background from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, his current professional focus is funding technical founders across early-stage emerging technology ecosystems.
