Yura Riphyak

Yura Riphyak is the Co-founder and Chief Scheduling Officer at Alphie, a one-click scheduling assistant. Prior to his current role, he accumulated 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, notably co-founding the voice-based social media platform Hubbub.fm and the online marketplace YouTeam in the winter of 2018. Under his leadership, YouTeam scaled successfully within the HR technology sector until it was acquired by the global talent network TopTal in 2025. Riphyak is a Chevening scholar and a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE), bringing an academic foundation to his ventures in product development. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is a chess player and an author of fiction spanning the tech noir, sci-fi, litfic, and magical realism genres. His career remains focused on building and scaling platforms across the human resources, social media, and marketplace sectors.
