Yungang (Samuel) Huang is a Partner and the Founder of Source Code Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in the Chaoyang District of Beijing, China. With over a decade of professional experience in the venture capital industry, he has actively witnessed the structural evolution of the regional investment landscape. Huang officially established Source Code Capital, frequently referred to as SCV, in 2025 to target emerging opportunities within the startup ecosystem. In his current leadership capacity, he directs the firm's strategic allocation of capital, specifically prioritizing early-stage venture investments and foundational funding rounds.
