Yuliya Sychikova

Yuliya Sychikova currently serves as a Director and Board Member at the venture firm AVentures Capital and operates as the Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Dataroot Labs. She established the technology services firm Dataroot Labs in August 2018 before subsequently joining the leadership team at AVentures Capital in November 2020. Prior to her current executive and venture capital positions, Sychikova worked as a Private Equity Analyst at the investment firm Stevens Ventures LP, holding that specific role from December 2009 until December 2012. Concurrently, she also held the title of Corporate Officer and Principal at Ennovance Capital LLC, a position she initially assumed in late December 2009.
