Yuan Gao

Yuan Gao is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of BotOrange, also known as JuziBot, based in Beijing, China. Founded in 2019, the 34-person startup develops WeChat-based customer engagement tools and is backed by institutional investors including Y Combinator, Plug and Play, and PreAngel. Prior to building BotOrange, Gao gained extensive internet technology development experience and established himself as a core contributor to Wechaty, a widely utilized open-source chatbot software development kit. His technical contributions include authoring the wechaty-puppet-padpro component for the Wechaty framework, which has accumulated nearly 8,000 stars on GitHub. Under his technical leadership, JuziBot secured first place in the SMP Chinese Human-Machine Dialogue evaluations during both the 2018 and 2019 industry competitions. Gao currently focuses on advancing open-source artificial intelligence frameworks and scaling enterprise chatbot solutions for the broader developer community.
