Youssef Hanna

Youssef Hanna is an Analyst at Global Ventures based in Beirut, Lebanon, where he specializes in early-stage technology investments across the Middle East and North Africa. At the venture capital firm, which manages over $500 million in assets and holds notable exits like Swvl, he focuses on deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management. Promoted to his current role in early 2024, Hanna recently participated in the firm's $100 million Fund III close in the first quarter of 2025 and has contributed to investments in more than 20 portfolio companies, including startups like Instabug and Vezeeta. Prior to his venture capital career, he gained experience in investment analysis and operations, earning a degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. His current focus remains on evaluating high-growth fintech, e-commerce, and consumer technology startups within emerging markets.
