Youcef Oudjidane is the Managing Partner at Class 5 Global, an early-stage venture capital firm, and holds a mathematics degree from the University of Nottingham. Previously, he served as a Senior Associate at Solebury Capital in New York, where he managed a $100 million co-investment fund and worked on major public offerings, including Snap Inc.’s $3.9 billion IPO and King Digital Entertainment’s $500 million IPO. Following his tenure in the United States, Oudjidane helped establish the 1 billion AED Dubai Future Fund under the Dubai Future Foundation. He now directs capital into global pre-seed and seed rounds, preferring to lead early-stage financing for emerging companies operating in the financial technology and consumer sectors with initial checks ranging from $100,000 to $1 million. His recent venture portfolio includes investments in notable startups such as Baraka, Telda, and Terra.
