Yoram Oron

Yoram Oron is the Founder and General Partner at Vertex Ventures Israel and the Chairman and Managing Partner at Red Dot Capital Partners, based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Since establishing Vertex in 1997 as part of the Yozma program, he has helped grow the firm to $1.6 billion in assets under management across more than 150 portfolio companies. His venture capital track record includes leading early-stage investments in prominent technology companies such as CyberArk and Waze, which was acquired by Google for $1.3 billion. Prior to his investing career, Oron served as President and CEO of Aryt Industries and co-founded Telegate, a telecommunications company acquired by Terayon for $400 million in 1999. Today, his primary focus remains on directing seed to Series B investments across the enterprise software, cybersecurity, and broader high-tech sectors.
