Yonatan Sher

Yonatan Sher is the Head of Legal at AP Ventures, a venture capital fund based in London, United Kingdom. Before assuming his current position, he worked as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at a prominent South African corporate law firm. During his tenure in private practice, Sher facilitated public and private transactions across various industries and assisted with the strategic spin-out of AP Ventures from the corporate venturing arm of Anglo American Platinum. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and is formally admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. In his current capacity, Sher provides comprehensive legal oversight for portfolio investments within the energy and industrial systems sectors.
